64th DISTRICT

 

ASHLAND 12-7

Ashland went 3-0 this week with wins over Fleming, Boyd and Morgan County.

 

Ashland hammered Fleming, 68-29. Kenleigh Woods paced the Kittens with 22 points. Aryanna Gulley added 13.

 

Ashland rolled off a dominating win over Boyd, 87-45. Woods netted 26 in the win. Gabby Karle added 16. Gulley had 15. Emilee Neese kicked in 11.

 

Ashland wrapped up the week with an 89-42 win over Morgan. Woods led the Kittens with 18. Brookelyn Duckwyler and Karle had 14 each. Jenna Delaney finished with 10.

 

Ashland welcomes Spring Valley Monday, visits Russell Wednesday and welcomes Portsmouth Saturday.

 




BOYD COUNTY 14-7

Boyd went 2-1 this week with wins over Fairview and Fleming and a loss to Ashland.

 

Boyd defeated Fairview, 60-20. Jada Ray had 13 in the win.

 

Boyd fell to Ashland, 87-45. Ray led the Lions with 14. Bella Opell had 13. Sophia Stevens added 10.

 

Boyd defeated Fleming, 84-56. Ray paced the Lions with 19. Kollyn Groves kicked in 18. Opell had 16. Stevens added 15. Alexia Ramey had 11.

 

Boyd welcomes East Carter Tuesday, visits Greenup Thursday and welcomes Menifee County Friday.

 






FAIRVIEW 3-18

Fairview went 0-3 this week with losses to Boyd County, Coal Grove and Prestonsburg.

 

Bre Moore led the Eagles with eight points in their loss to Boyd, 60-20. Madison Loving had six points and eight rebounds.

 

Fairview fell to Coal Grove, 59-14. Emma Pierce and Loving each had six.

 

Moore and Pierce each had 10 in the Eagles 63-36 loss to Prestonsburg. Loving had nine points and nine rebounds.

 

Fairview welcomes Hannan, WV Monday and visits East Carter Wednesday.

 


63rd DISTRICT

 

GREENUP COUNTY 3-19

 

Greenup went 1-3 this week with a win over New Boston and losses to Wayne, WV (67-18), South Point and Russell.

 

Greenup fell to South Point, 56-41. Maddy Steele had 15 points and 10 rebounds in the loss. Rylan Troxler finished with 10.

 

Greenup fell to Russell, 75-33. Steele led the way with 10.

 

Greenup got a win over New Boston, 56-50. Steele led the Musketeers with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Bella Stith finished with 12. Haley Hall had seven points and 10 rebounds.

Greenup visits Raceland Tuesday, welcomes Boyd Thursday and Prestonsburg Saturday.

 

RACELAND 13-9

 

Raceland went 4-0 this week with wins over Huntington, Huntington St. Joe, Lewis County and Magoffin County, 69-45.

 

Raceland knocked off Huntington, 62-59. Nim Maynard led the Rams with 26. Allayson Rigsby kicked in 13.

 

Maynard poured in 19 in the Rams 60-29 win over St. Joe. Emma Broughton and Rigsby each had 15.

 

Raceland defeated Lewis County, 64-42. Maynard led the Rams with 24. Rigsby had 15.

 

Raceland welcomes Greenup Tuesday and visits Russell Friday.

 


RUSSELL 18-3

Russell went 3-0 this week with wins over Lewis County, Greenup County and Menifee County, 44-39.

 

Russell defeated Lewis, 52-41. Kennedy Darnell paced the Devils with 18 points. Bethany Allen and Gabby Oborne each had 12.

 

Russell hammered Greenup, 75-33. Darnell had 22 in the win. Oborne poured in 17. Allen added 11.

 

Russell visits Johnson Central Monday, welcomes Ashland Wednesday, Raceland Friday and visits East Carter Saturday.
